My coaching works in three phases:

Phase 1:

In this first chapter we explore what is in the way of you having what you want.
This may or may not include us working together to:

  • Identify key areas in your life that are not working for you
  • Remove subconscious blocks
  • Change limiting beliefs
  • Clarify what are your desires for yourself
  • Address health and lifestyle concerns
  • Effectively manage and reduce stress

Phase 2:

In Transform we lay the foundation for creating what you want in your life. This section can help you to:

  • Acquire powerful new habits
  • Gain tools for sustainable and effective relating (with the opposite sex)
  • Learn from progressively more empowering experiences
  • Create work and life balance
  • Enjoy more vitality

Phase 3:

We have tilled the soil, removed the rocks, and planted seeds. Now it is time to grow. This phase will set you on a trajectory of ever increasing pleasure, fulfillment, and well being. Points covered may include ways to:

  • Craft systems in your life that will make it easy to continue having what you want
  • Cultivate awareness and sensitivity to help create success in every situation
  • Manifest pleasurable relationships
  • Feel a renewed sense of purpose
  • Experience fulfillment in all areas of your life

Advanced topics may include:

  • Yogic tools for radiant health, increased clarity and intuition
  • The art of enriched lovemaking (includes polarity)
  • Subtle energy and (the art of) healing
  • Law of Attraction
  • Energetics of food and nutrition
